Body mass index (BMI) is a measure of body fat based on height and weight that applies to over 20 years of age men and women.

How To use it:

bullet Enter your weight,  height in English (standard) or in Metric.
bullet Click on "Calculate" and your BMI will appear at the top of the calculate push button.

BMI Categories:

bullet Underweight = 18.5
bullet Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
bullet Overweight = 25-29.9
bullet Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
