How many calories do you need?Well, that depends on your age, sex, type of work, physical activity, body weight and body mass. I know that lot of people, mainly celebrities live and die by this number, but I don't understand why? Why they pay attention to a number such as 1,000? I think it is kind of stupid. If you are eating 3,500 calories and they are mostly from things that are good
for you, don't go crazy about it. If on the other hand if it is all from candy
and deep fried foods, I would be concerned.Are All Calories The Same?You should be more concerned about where the calories are coming from. If you are eating 1,500 calories alone of fruits and veggies, that is better than eating that in fat. Aren't all calories the same? Not really. I would say that they are not the same. I know that some of you will argue with that. It isn't the same because the calories are coming from a good source. They are coming from things that are good for you.
