Stop SnackingWe have all been at the front of the TV. Many of us spend hours there almost every day. You have promised yourself many times, you will not give in to temptation and not a single sugary treat will pass through your lips. You promised, you wont eat, you just will watch your favourite TV show... Snacking at the front of the TV, during your favourite show is not even an option today. For instance, healthy snacks can add good nutrition to your eating plan by providing important nutrients and filling in food groups you missed at meals. Smart SnackIf you choose smart snack it might dampen your appetite so you’re less likely to overeat before bedtime. This being said, finding the time to actually eat properly and eat healthy snack is easier said than done. With your mind 100% focused on your work, your personal life, and if you are a mother, you are looking after your child, finding the time to eat right can be hard. Instead it is much easier to eat on the go, just pick up something, and that something usually turns to be fast food. If you aren't eating right, you will be hungry at the end of the day, when finally you sit down, relax and try to watch TV... |

One of the smartest evening snack is the smart popcorn. Smart because air or microwave popped, and low in butter. Pop corn is vey high in fibre and low in calories.
